The last couple of days have flown by.  This is a VERY short article just to show we are still around!

I am heading to bed EARLY with my wonderful husband tonight after days filled with:

  • Work (obviously – it is nice to be able to pay the bills)
  • Assisting with an informative essay on Shakespeare (did he have lovers?)
  • Taking and printing pictures for a Ceramics assignment
  • Buying text books (bye, bye $850 – it was the $220 calculator that broke the bank)
  • Buying school stationery
  • Driving lessons for Mr O
  • Tracking down phone credit that “disappeared”
  • Finding SWIFT codes
  • Helping Mr O decide on a course to enrol in on Thursday
  • Cooking
  • Trying to fix a broken nail (therefore I have one unpolished nail)

Things I haven’t done:

  • Washed my underwear (tomorrow could be interesting)
  • Returned the house lease contract to the agent (hope we aren’t homeless)
  • Chased the superannuation people (more chasing needed, sadly)
  • Had enough sleep
  • Had enough……………. well, you know………….. “romance”

Sending you lots of light and energy for all you need… It’s been hectic and you’ve been a trooper. ;-)

I need to find time to keep writing our book! That and doing my nails are the two things that are suffering for time. Thanks for the light and energy!

I feel like I should tell you to breathe. lol! Maybe it’s the way I read your lists, but it felt like you didn’t have time for a breath in there. :)

And the main “I haven’t done” I meant to list was I haven’t been reading much of other’s publishing and I feel guilty!!!! I’m up late again tonight, but Mr O is enrolling in school in the morning, so I’ve been helping with paperwork.

It is – but I had forgotten just HOW busy a Mum can be! It has been a long time. Plus there is still a lot to do at this point. My family have only been here just over 5 weeks! Moving countries needs a lot of organisation of a lot of things!
